Upgrading the PC

Hello guys, i hope you are doing all well, i wanted some help from you im going to upgrade my pc like CPU or going for skylake.
Current specs:
i5 4460 3.2 gHz
GTX 1060 6gb xtreme gaming
GA z97p-d3
16gb ram DDR3 1600mHz
So i wanted to upgrade cpu to i7 4790k and i dont know if my motherboard can hold overclocking and can the 4790k run well without bottlenecking or i should go with skylake i have like 200$ budget but i can sell my cpu too an it can increase to 340$.Thank you!

for around the 80 euro budget one of those two.
Id veer towards the corsair for its modularity personally even though the xfx is a very good seasonic gold unit.
The corsair is still a very very good psu.

Really 650w is unnecessary but with 550w models only 10 euro or so less worth the extra.

^ This. Try find an i7-4770K or even better a 4790K. If you have any leftover cash grab a better CPU cooler if you are using the Intel stock or a low-end air cooler since you mentioned an interest in Overclocking and you have a good Motherboard (Z97). Hope this helps :)

Close to 30% faster out of the box (without any overclocking) + hyperthreading which helps massively on some titles (BF1 multiplayer being the main one)

Yes , a substantial upgrade.
