Upgrading the PC

Hello guys, i hope you are doing all well, i wanted some help from you im going to upgrade my pc like CPU or going for skylake.
Current specs:
i5 4460 3.2 gHz
GTX 1060 6gb xtreme gaming
GA z97p-d3
16gb ram DDR3 1600mHz
So i wanted to upgrade cpu to i7 4790k and i dont know if my motherboard can hold overclocking and can the 4790k run well without bottlenecking or i should go with skylake i have like 200$ budget but i can sell my cpu too an it can increase to 340$.Thank you!

Upgrading to an i7-4770k or 4790k would be a good idea. CPU can't bottleneck by the way, or It's not the right term to use anyway. You either have enough processing power or you don't.

If possible, also overclock RAM to 2133 Mhz.

^ This. Try find an i7-4770K or even better a 4790K. If you have any leftover cash grab a better CPU cooler if you are using the Intel stock or a low-end air cooler since you mentioned an interest in Overclocking and you have a good Motherboard (Z97). Hope this helps

Yes i want to grab the 4790k and for the cooler ill find one and can you tell me is my ram good and mobo to overclock the 4790k?

I am using Antec 500w VP500 and if needed for overclocking i can change it.

I wouldn't overclock on that power supply.

Can you buy a new power supply from Amazon.de? If not, where can you buy from.

for around the 80 euro budget one of those two.
Id veer towards the corsair for its modularity personally even though the xfx is a very good seasonic gold unit.
The corsair is still a very very good psu.

Really 650w is unnecessary but with 550w models only 10 euro or so less worth the extra.

And will the i7 4790k will improve on gaming(battlefield 1, ghost recon wildlands,Gta 5) from i5 4460 ?

Close to 30% faster out of the box (without any overclocking) + hyperthreading which helps massively on some titles (BF1 multiplayer being the main one)
