HI, I have A8-7600 paired with sapphire nitro RX 460 4gb, when playing Mafia III i didn't get stable fps, i'm play around 20-25 in city, my gpu usage is 20%, then go to 100%, then drop again in 24%, then go up again 100%, my CPU usage stable at 99%, is it bottleneck? thank you
