Recently my pc has been acting up don't know what's wrong with it. And now it won't switch on I can see led lights on but nothing coming up on my monitor, mouse and keyboard. Pc specifications icore 7 4th generation msi GTX 960, 850w power supply.
I've taken it apart cleaned it put everything back together and still nothing.
When I switch it on it turns on for 2 seconds the switches off then back on would this be a faulty part or lack of power?

Solution
You have plenty of power for the components mentioned. Try singling out the issues, use a different CPU, try using single channel memory with each stick of RAM because there may be an issue with one of the sticks. Also try a different motherboard. I can't really help you unless you give me more information. If nothing works, unplug everything from the motherboard and reseat everything again (including CPU, GPU and RAM). You can also leave out the GPU and use the onboard video memory if it's supported (I'm sure it is because you say you have an i7).
