Hey,

I have a PC with these specs:
Fujitsu Siemens D2584-A1 Motherboard
RAM: 2 GB DDR2
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 (i'll upgrade it to Q6600)
GPU: Radeon HD 6450 512 MB
HDD: 160 GB 7.2K rpm
PSU: 230W ( gonna upgrade to a 400W one)

What GPU should I buy..for my MOBO and the rest?

Depends on the quality, really. A lot of 300W PSU, especially old, OEM ones (as I imagine this is) frequently aren't really 300W PSUs because a lot of that is on the +3.3V and +5V rails, meaning essentially a pre-2000 design that they never updated. I've seen a lot of 300W PSUs with only 14A available on the +12V rail, meaning that they're for all intents and purposes, a 168W PSU in the context of a modern PC with a modern GPU.

It should be OK - for 750 ti for sure and for RX 460 should be as said.
Can you give us full name and model of PSU?

It should be fine with both cards, but that PSU is very bad quality psu.
