I don't know whats wrong with my HDD

I don't really no what's happening but it's my home gaming desktop pc. But my HDD has been like this for maybe 4 months and i haven't found a solution to it yet. I think it's because my HDD is in RAW, whatever that means? Btw I'm 15 and not extremely good at computers.

If it's in a RAW format, it may have gone bad, or you could get it working again with deleting the existing partitions and formatting them as NTFS. Does the drive have anything you need to save on it?
