What's the motherboard, or could you provide us a system model number? Is this a desktop or a laptop? Are you wanting to do any gaming, or just basic computer tasks? Web browsing, documents, etc.

Judging soley off the components listed, if it's a laptop, you could add new ram for a speed boost. If it's a desktop, adding a bit more ram would help tremendously here too. You -could- upgrade the CPU depending on the motherboard, and if it's a desktop, but it would only be a good...

You -could- upgrade the CPU depending on the motherboard, and if it's a desktop, but it would only be a good value to performance ratio if you got the CPU cheap, likely refurbished or used. If gaming's being done on it, a cheap graphics card would be good, too.

That said, it would be best to designate a budget towards buying or building a new desktop. Any upgrade to this system would be a piecemeal upgrade.
