This doesn't seem like it will work to me but if I am able to get liquid nitrogen into a closed loop (like a water loop) what would happen? I'm guessing there will be lots of condensation/freezing tubes to hurt my PC, and after a while of boiling I think it would put to much pressure in the loop and cause it to exlpode. Is there anything else dangerous about this idea?

The loop would not be able to contain the nitrogen unless it's continuously cooled to keep it liquid. My guess on such an experiment is an explosion followed by frost burns. If you don't reply I'm going to assume you ded.
