What IP Cameras do NOT require a smartphone to use?

Seems like every IP camera is geared toward smartphone users and auto-configures itself with almost no configuration options.

I want to be able to configure it via web interface and set a static ip etc.

Anyone know of any consumer level products that fit this criteria?

Solution
Pretty much every single IP camera can be used that way. They all have webguis that you can log into and configure.
They are just advertised with the smartphone as that is what the masses are most interestered in (and it makes sence that you want to see your home....when you ware not there).
EDITED:
Now the plethra of new "smarthome" carmeras are like you said where they are designed for masses who dont even know what an IP address is, and is a "click button on app and setup" kind of device.

Hikvision is hands down the best performance for the buck in consumer space. Foscam is crap and ubiquity and tplink's prodcuts are not as feature rich with as good as picture for the price.

Since these camera's are not dsigned for "mases" level of understnading make sure to get the right sized lense.
Most common options are 2.8, 4, and 6mm. The smaller the number the wider the field of view but also the shorter the range.
Thus 2.8 is great for seeing a small room or say in front of your front door, the 6mm is better for a say a 2 or 3 story tall view of an entire property while 4mm is best for say watching an entry point or driveway.

What camera's did you buy?
If you bought them from your local home improvement store or even most electronic stores (like best buy) then they are the dumb noob devices.

I use the TRENDNet TV-IP672PI cameras. They are PoE but have a web interface that can be viewed through virtually any browser. You can set up static IP, SMB share, email alerts, record-on-movement, etc - all from the camera's web interface. There is another version of this camera that can use either PoE or AC.

Both generic named ones from Amazon under $100, really I just need a simple camera that I can configure the network settings to

What are you trying to see with these camera's?
If you are wanting a visual deterent then just buy a dummy camera, if you want to not only know that someone is on your property but be able to actually use it as video evidence then you need a half decent quality camera.
