It's impossible to tell this early.

It sounds driver related, based on the symptoms you've shared - but it could be a hardware issue.
I'd suspect a bent CPU socket pin that happens to relate to the iGPU long before I would suspect a "broken CPU" though.

I guess it's possible, but would be rare.

A bent CPU socket pin could be impacting your onboard GPU, but again, rare.

What are the symptoms of your 'crashes'? Is your system shutting down? Returning to desktop? Locking up? etc.

Please post your full system spec.

I7 6700, ASUS H110M-D, Corsair LPX DDR4 2400 (2133), FSP Aurum S 600W

When im playing dota 2, it will immediately crash. I cant wait for it because im playing online my game will be abandoned if i did not restart the pc immediately, but before i tried waiting for 2 minutes it still crash no restart or bsod. Btw the crash is pixelated screen, i cant see my system on display only the big pixelated screen with red and green flashes? It also has weird sound tho like sound on old tv when there is no cable or channel. I got a video when the crash happened but i dont know if i can upload it here
