I was looking for a PCIe riser for my graphics card on Amazon but for every page I have seen so far, (some of) the customer reviews says that it destroyed their motherboard. I don't want to waste money or to have a broken motherboard so I was wondering if there is a quality PCIe riser that is reliable.
I have a Zotac GTX 1070 Amp Edition with a Gigabyte Z170X Gaming motherboard. The motherboard uses a PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 connectors (if that information helps).
