I bought G900 around 5 months ago, and I really like it as far as the wireless freedom;however, the only issue I have with it is consistency in wireless mode. I've posted on subreddits that I thought it was the USB ports, 2.0 and 3.0 but I haven't gotten a solution. The main reason I'm asking again is because when I plugged it into wired mode and played with it (I hate wired) It felt like using a 3.0 port which led me to use 3.0 again, and sparked my curiosity again, because I thought that using the 2.0 port for a while I'd get use to it, but it's almost like jitter. I could go into more detail with different analogies, but I'm trying to stick to a broad audience.

More insight:
If I used USB 2.0 it's faster but jittery.
If I used a USB 3.0 it's like it's more precise and steady.
I've tried MarkC mouse fix
Reinstalling windows 10

Has anyone experienced this problem and have a solution? Is there any software i could use to see if my mouse or motherboard is faulty.

Solution
Are you plugging the little "G900" dongle directly into a desktop USB 3.0 port?

If so, try putting the USB dongle on the end of a normal USB 3.0 cable and plug the extension cable into the computer port instead.

That will permit you to raise up the dongle and adjust its position for steadier wireless use.

The mouse will remain wireless but hopefully be able to send and receive with more consistancy.
