I'm building my whole new computer and I did buy a molex but, this molex is 4pin and my power supply only have 5pin on it. My power supply is a G650M by cooler master

5pin isn't the issue. You must use the sata connectors that came with your power supply. I never saw a design like that before, rather strange. Only option would be to use sata to molex adapters.

G650M has 5 pins on the power supply for the modular sata plugs. It's probably just an extra ground wire, won't hurt anything. Your PSU doesn't have any molex plugs, you'll need to buy a sata to molex adapter.
