Hi guys!
I am having a problem with my gtx 1060, I bought it a month ago, and it was working perfectly until last week. Now in some games like dishonored 2, GTA V I get low fps in some parts I used to have 60fps (even with lowest graphics)
My specs:
Gpu: Gtx 1060 6Gb
Cpu:Core i5 3470
Ram: 10 GB DDR3

You sure you didn't improve any game settings since then, which might affect performance?
You sure there are no side cpu-eating applications on background?
You sure you graphic drivers are ok?
However, those games are very demanding, especially dishonored 2. I doubt that cpu can handle along 1060 on high settings.
If you want to make sure your hardware is ok, test it with some benchmarks or compare scores to other users with same components.
For gpu test you can use heaven benchmark:

download:

For cpu you can try cinebench r15 for example. That cpu should earn around 450pts.

Not much I can add.
