processor doesnt look compatible but should be

i have an i7-7700k which should be compatible with my Z270G motherboard (intel socket 1151) however when I go to put the processor in, they dont look like they match. the processor is expensive so just double checking, thanks!

That's the right socket. There are 2 little notches like this on the side of the processor that match up with the notches in the socket

That gold arrow on the processor also matches with an arrow on the motherboard
