New amd ryzen cooler NEED HELP INSTALLING

I just got my new amd ryzen cpu in the mail and im trying to install the cooler but when i try to screw one side the other side goes up iv been trying to fix it for 30mins but its not working is there any way someone can help me?

Haven't seen the cooler, but screw one side in with just a single turn of the screw driver so the threads just touch, then get the opposite corner, etc.

Normally you do like

1 4
3 2


In terms of screwing them in. First just get the screws threaded, then tighten in the same pattern after.

Had the same issue. I installed a Gammaxx 400 after lot of issues. And as I had seen in some installation videos it does lift on the opposite side. Turn each screw fully and then move on to the other
