My build I'm working with:

Mobo: MSI z270-A Pro
CPU: Intel 7700k
RAM: DDR4 Corsair vengeance LPX 16gb
Cooler: CC water 280mm fan X2
Bog standered pos seagate 3tb

The you motherboard and processor that I use as a test setup
Mobo: M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU: AMD FX8350 black edition
RAM: DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 16gb
(Edit) This is using the same power supply and cooler.

So I'm going to start this off by saying the same thing I'm pretty sure everybody does. I have tried everything that I've seen online, I've read the manual, if he is though they have been helpful figuring out other possible problems down the line.

This is not my first time building a computer. I have plugged in my motherboard plugged in everything to it all the cables are fine, the power supply is working just fine I tested it 3 or 4 times on other projects and it works just fine.

So the problem comes in when I startup the motherboard I Bridge the connection to get it to start and... Absolutely no indication that any power is going through it all. It should have 4 "EZ debug LEDs" that should come on but they don't, nor do any of the fans turn on. Which I know all work because I've tested them another motherboard and CPU setup.

So after testing it for about 3 hours having no Ram one ram having just different things plugged in and just trying in different setups I got nothing to do anything with that motherboard. So I look online and check everything make sure nothing she's shorting it out or anything like that, nothing. So I figure they gave me a defective motherboard and go online to send this one back and have a new one sent to me.

Two days later I get my new motherboard (today) same model. I got to plug it in and hopefully get some in the work and the exact same thing happens. So my question is am I the most unlucky person to get the same defective model motherboard or is there something I'm missing. I will send you pictures the try to get this thing to work.

I should also explain that I do currently have it in a "test bench setup" but even there it should work. I started this out by having it inside of my case but that became tricky to deal with after a while so I brought it out and I'm just been testing it like this ever since.

If you read the post, then you would see that I was testing another motherboard with the same powersupply and it worked just fine. Also the computer I am currently typing it on is currently using that same powersupply so I am pretty confident its not the powersupply.

Did you ever end up fixing this? I have a friend who's having the same issue and his RMA board didn't work either.
