Most motherboards that have PCI slots are 32 bit slots. BIOS support for an older device like that is sometimes the harder part. What OS version are drivers available ?

The Delta 44 sound card was built for Windows XP. From the above link it appears this is a 5V card. I still have the drivers for Windows XP. I doubt there are any or ever were any for Windows 7 and above. Since it is a discontinued product, there is no availability from the manufacturer either. I hadn't thought about the BIOS support problem. So it appears you have saved me a lot of money trying to get this card to work on Windows 7.
