I have another previous post about how I've come to the conclusion that either my motherboard is shot or maybe my pcie 16x slot is bad. Reason being is neither the old graphics card or new one allows computer to get past BIOS POST. Here is a recording of the diagnostic POST beeps, I have the manual but cant figure out what the sequence means please help.
