PC continues to crash during start up after full system reset, which makes me think that it might be a hardware issue

My PC build is only 4 months old, the other day I was having troubles in the sense that during the start up it would routinely crash, however, if it was successful in starting up no more troubled would persist.

I decided to do a full system reset and erase all programs and files. I then went to bed and started up my PC this morning yet the same issues persists.

I thought a system reset would solve the issue since I was getting a multitude of blue screen errors relating to Windows/system32/winload.exe.

I built the PC but I'm by no means a tech head and have no idea how to go about testing hardware and what hardware would cause the PC to crash during boot up.

Before the system reset I also ran chkdsk commands and tested the memory with no errors.

Hi Alex :) You may have a corrupted startup boot MBR issue.

Couple of methods to try and perform a repair to see if it helps.

Method 1:
a. Insert the Windows installation DVD or USB and boot Windows from it.
b. In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on‘next’.
c. Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
d. Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Automatic Repair’ and select the operating system.
If the issue still persists, I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Method 2:
Rebuild the BCD and fix MBR from Installation media:

Make sure you have the bios updated if running a kaby lake cpu, and that all motherboard related drivers are installed/updated. It's possible you have faulty hardware, but that's usually not the case on a 4 month old build. Were all parts new?
