Solution
go for the gtx 750 ti it will offer way more performance than the gt 730
and it shouldn't bottle neck your cpu too bad
and if you notice it being too slow you can always upgrade the cpu to a phenom

with the 750 you should be able to play games at medium or high ish settings

A GT 730 is by no means a gaming card. The intention was low power draw graphics for a system (like an Xeon or i7 extreme edition) without integrated graphics.

Any GTX card is what you want for gaming, they run circles around a GT card. Value wise, I don't see the reason to get a 750ti when new stuff is here, unless you're buying used. Most of my stores sell $80 750ti's when I can get an RX 460 for $90. It might be bottlenecked a lot by a 10 yr old CPU but it will be nice when you upgrade or resell.
