WoW performance issues!

I have a problem with WoW, when i start it i have like 40-50 FPS but after a few minutes, it drops down to like 10 FPS, i have been looking all over battle.net support, forums and ore. I have tried the things blizzard suggests but it doesn't work. If anyone can help me i would be very happy.
