Hello,

Yesterday I reinstalled the laptop of one of my moms friends, after reinstall the laptop couldn't find the wireless card anymore. Wireless switch is set to ON. I also tried to find the wireless card with Aida64 but even Aida couldn't find it. I also tried multiple times to just install the WPS driver but i kept on getting the "Wireless card not found" error.

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 (32-bit)

Where did I go wrong?

Wirelesscard are usually in a socket. The wires are typically the antenna's so taking them off & on wouldn't do anything for windows to redetect the card.
You can try deleting the card in deice manager. powering off, removing the battery, and reseating the card. And then seeing if Windows will detect it now.

I suspect you have already tried this though, you seem to be ahead of the game. Next step would be to try another card.

The WPS driver is the only driver available for the PSLC0E model and I only want to use official drivers meant for that device to be honest. I checked the wireless card and re-attached it's wires to see if the Wireless card was recognized but unfortunately it wasn't.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question though, thank you very much :)
