Has anyone had issues with this RAMs motherboard compatibility? I've done everything i can think of to get my system to read all 8 GB and the best i've gotten was 6.48 of 8 usable, 1.5 hardware reserved in slots 4 and 2, slots 1 and 3 it onoly reads 3.96 usable....I changed the page file, max memory settings in msconfig....went through it with microsoft customer support....the free version...My best guess is the ram just isnt very compatible with my MB?

According to Newegg, that motherboard supports DDR3 2000(O.C.)/ 1866/ 1600/ 1333/ 1066, so no 2133- which could be one of your issues. Go to the BIOS and make sure its set to its maximum frequency, which is 1866 on base, and 2000 on OC. It will underclock your RAM, but you have no choice, as it will underclock it anyways.
