I got a $20 dollar Steam gift card as a gift and don't know what to spend it on would like some recommendations and don't say CS:GO I already have it thanks for your help

You may want to wait until tomorrow for the weekend sale and see whats on offer. Not sure what games you play, I am also a big fan of the witcher series. The wither 2 is very good and still holds up today, I would say the witcher 1 feels a bit dated by todays standards. I recently played this war mine, great little indie game for 20 dollars.

Depends on what you want to play. I recently got Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, one of the best (if dated) stealth games ever for $4 on Steam. I'd personally wait until some sort of weekend sale is going on, and then browse.

If you're into shooters, WWII genre, and want to play the most realistic FPS (debatable against ARMA) there is: Red Orchestra 2 / Rising Storm (buying rising storm unlocks both games). Awesome game for $20 or less.
