if it only happens once i wouldnt worry too much
more than once i would check gpu temperatures while gaming
or if you overclocked the card back off on the overclock a little

yes gpuz is ideal
31c idle is expected load temperature is the important one

1 month ago i just received this card back from xfx rma they said the card was working condition
there was a missing screw when i got the package back.... inside the bag with the graphics
didnt think to much of it........
but now i think that screw was apart of the graphics card
they are exchanging my card.... thank you for ur help dude u rock!
