This worked great on XP. I would put this older DDR-2 era computer to Sleep (not Hibernate) and all my fans that were running off the power supply shut down. In Win7 this isn't the case. Anything I can do?

Solution
Nothing really that you can do. You might be able to get around this problem by going into Control Panel --> Power Options --> Low Power Mode, but that will drastically decrease performance, and, then again, probably also not stop the drivers that are causing the fans to spin to stop operating. Guess you'll have to deal with spinning fans then.
