Help with a build advice appreciated

This is the build im going for. Any advice if its a good solid build or not? I plan on running two monitors but not at this time. I mainly use this for gaming and no extensive editing or anything of that sort. As a strictly gaming rig, I was thinking maybe I should downgrade my CPU or should i keep it. I just would like some advice before i shelve out this amount of money for a new computer.

That's a solid build i have no recommendations to make myself. This will be a more than capable Gaming rig. To answer our question, that CPU is the best Gaming CPU on the market. You could shave down to an i5-7600K but some CPU intensive games will benefit from the i7 some that come to mind include Total War Warhammer, Witcher 3, Star Citizen, ARK: Survival Evolved and GTA V which all get a modest performance boost from an i7 over an i5 especially when there is lots of characters about such as in battles or around cities.
