It really depends on personal preference considering the looks with GPU boost 3.0 they should run the same as long as thermals are in check. The base and rated boost clock speeds tend not to matter anymore due to GPU Boost clocking the graphics cards as far as the thermals will let it.

It's all on feature set. The Asus ROG Strix has the better RGB leds. However the EVGA variant is an ICX cooler, meaning you'll get all the cool temperature readings the new ICX coolers have from EVGA.
