I have 16gb of corsair vengeance LPX 2x8gb 2400mhz 16-16-16-39 1.20V. When i installed it to my MoBo MSI B250M Mortar arctic on DIMMA2 and DIMMB2 as the manual says, it's not booting, no display but has power on it. So i tried to do single ram installed on DIMMA2 and it worked/booted. It's weird when i put 2 ram my PC won't boot/no display. I don't know if theres something i can do in BIOS? Like change settings or whatnot. By the way XMP is turned on. Help!

I suspect that the xmp setting is not working properly and is in need of a bios update.
See if normal stock ram w/o XMP works.

Memtest86+ is the gold standard for testing ram.

You may get better support directly from Corsair if the problem persists.

then the only thing i can think of is that the motherboard is bad. try running a windows install with one stick of ram in to see if you get any errors from it. i had a motherboard fail on me last year where it stopped taking 2 sticks of ram and when it booted to windows with only one stick of ram it would keep giving me the BSOD after making it to the desktop.

the motherboard the OP has is an MSI B250M Mortar which is for intel CPU's
