How to set up and maintain a liquid cooling system

I am looking at getting this PC http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gaming-PC-Intel-i7-2600-3-8GHz-Sapphire-R9-290-X-16GB-DDR3-240GB-SSD-Z77-/162449662234?rmvSB=true It says that it has a liquid cooling system. What will I have to do to set this system up and what would I have to do to maintain it?

For that system, you need do nothing.
It is a prebuilt Corsair liquid cooler. Closed loop, self contained.

Any particular reason you're considering that system? The CPU is pretty old (6 years old now).

Well..that is a pretty mediocre, old, system. It was pretty good in 2011. Not so much now.
And you have to budget in a Windows OS - around $90.

It's sort of OK to get your feet wet, but you WILL be looking for a whole new system very soon.

So what is your actual budget for this project?

Actually...looking at it...that ebay system is not bad for $300 + $90 OS.

It will suffice for a while. ANd you can't get anything in a prebuilt for that same price that would do the job.

You will almost certainly need another drive. A 240GB SSD isn't large enough to be the only drive.
A $50 1TB HDD to go along with that 240GB SSD would work.
