How to set up and maintain a liquid cooling system

Solution

For your stated budget of $300 for the hardware, you won't find much better for something already assembled.
FPS? Years? Unknown. It will be....acceptable.

OS - Win 10 $99

For that system, you need do nothing.
It is a prebuilt Corsair liquid cooler. Closed loop, self contained.

Any particular reason you're considering that system? The CPU is pretty old (6 years old now).

I've never tried PC gaming and looking for a cheap PC (pre built) to start on. Is this PC not worth it? Any suggestions for other cheap beginner gaming PC's?

Well..that is a pretty mediocre, old, system. It was pretty good in 2011. Not so much now.
And you have to budget in a Windows OS - around $90.

It's sort of OK to get your feet wet, but you WILL be looking for a whole new system very soon.

So what is your actual budget for this project?

Ok so you think that I should just buy that one? how long do you think this would last being an acceptable gaming PC? And what fps do you think I could get on games like cs: go, GTA 5, and battlefield?
