So i've decided to get a GTX 1060 for my old build, but i also need a good CPU, my motherboard is quite old and wore out. It can support up to an i7 3770k. I was going to get something like an i7 3770, and that's it, but now i look into it, i can get a brand new motherboard, and an i5 6500, for the same price. (Keep in mind the I7 is used, mobo+i5-6500 is NEW) so it would definetely freshen up my build, and i'm pretty sure you get very similar performance from the i7 to i5, (in gaming) and my rendering. What do you guys think? This will all happen in less then around 6 months so i need choices, fast, lol.
keep in mind, if there is any different recommendations keep it cheap! I'm at a budget, i'm only 13.
