How to fix SFC files that return 'Cannot repair member file'?

This all started when trying to launch Overwatch. Lately I've been getting the error 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b)'. 'Press okay' etc. To fix this I have done loads of things and got nowhere. Now, trying to do SFC I notice some files need repairing. I don't know how to do this but my errors are a lot like the ones seen here:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2969965/sfc-scannow-found-errors-fix-corrupted-files.html?xtor=EREC-8889&_ga=1.227021531.773208720.1490897902

I tried the CMD stuff recommended in that post and keep getting Error 87 and can't tell why. I'm adding the spaces etc. To try and fix my Overwatch issue I have also done the things seen at these links:

I just want to be able to play my game again is all.

Have you tried a system repair LordMikeus.?

If all that you have tried and you have done all what you have linked with no success then save your self further frustration and do a clean install of the OS. SFC /SCANNOW indicated corruption however it was not determined so a clean install is best if attempting to repair the OS fails.
If you go this way then backup all your important files prior to a clean installation.

Hi, I haven't tried a System Repair. Not too sure how but it also said something about needing the boot disk or something which I lost when moving house. I also lost my Windows Key at that time too so haven't advanced to windows 10 or anything since it wants my Windows Key so it's also why i'm not sure how to do a new install of the OS without a windows 7 key or installation disk. Are there any other possible solutions or are those my 2 options. Thanks for the help!
