I know it sounds scary but you'd be better of to build your own pc. It's really easy and there is tons of tutorials online. The 1050 ti isn't a great gpu. At 4 gb youll wish you had more vram. Get at least a 1060 for sure, even try for a 1070 if you can afford it.

Get a GTX 1060 or RX 480 and that should be perfect for 1080p gaming on GTA V and Ark Survival.
