Getting random black screen crashes, could the PSU be the culprit?

I've tried a lot of things to solve this problem, including clean installing Windows 10 again on my PC, but to no avail. I'm getting a weird sort of crash seemingly randomly- the screen suddenly turns black, and the audio plays for a second or two after which a strange static/repeating sound comes from my headphones. The fans and the lights keep working, but I haven't checked to see if the processor or GPU fans still work. Some other times my PC will get a drop in performance, stuttering with applications and completely fumbling with Internet-based programs and browsers; this drop in performance is always followed by a black screen crash of the kind that I described.

What can I do? I've asked around and I don't think it's a software problem since I've updated my drivers (but I'm willing to explore that angle if it'll help), I've been cleaning my PC somewhat but the temps never get even remotely near where they should be for this, but I haven't run out of possible causes. It could be a corrupted hard drive (not sure how to verify that, or even what it means), a problem with software (for a little while I thought that deleting the Curse client would be the solution but almost immediately afterwards I crashed), or it could be a deficient PSU. Someone told me that my PSU could possibly be supplying too little juice to my rig, so perhaps that's why I'm getting problems.

Sorry for the long post, but I wanted you guys to be up to speed with what I've been through so perhaps you can help me better. I'll do whatever will help get rid of this crashing problem, so whatever you guys need from screenshots to logs I'll provide.

Here is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/urbanknight4/saved/#view=BvbPxr

Thank you for reading!

Solution
I Can't be 100% , but it would be my guess. The rest of the build is decent , you have a great board for the CPU and temps don't seem to be an issue. The weak point is the PSU.

How sure are you of this? I'm not asking because I doubt you, but because replacing the PSU would involve money and I'm a bit scarce in that department right now so I need to make sure that it's going to solve my problem.
