how much would I be able to sell this card for in euro's it is only 1 year old and what would be a worthy upgrade that would not be to expensive.

Used 960s are around 100-110 euros in my country. It depends on current market.
Reasonable possible upgrades: Gtx 970 (if you can find a new up to 200 euros), Gtx 1060, Rx 470, Rx 480.
Rx 470 is cheapest and weakest from this band, but way stronger than 960.

Yes but the 960 is the strongest and most expensive of its kind since mine overperforms the 970 of my brother

you're answer was about a basic 2GB 960 that is not overclocked in annyway thanks for trying to help but your answer did not help me in anny way

You are mistaken if you think a 4gb 960 beats a 970. If your brother's 970 doesn't perform better than your 960 it means his system has something wrong. A 1050 Ti is the replacement for the 960, so you'd have to sell your 960 at a low enough price that a buyer would be convinced to choose the used 960 over the new 1050 Ti he or she could have.

Not saying your choises are bad they are just basic and im looking for good overclocked versions since not all gtx 1060's are good
