thanks for the help in advance

Solution
Yes the SSD is a drive that you put your operating system and files on. It is very fast, much much faster than the hdd you have in the laptop. It's possible the hdd is causing your problems, I had a laptop that was very slow with the disk usage always on 100%. Installed an ssd and bam, no more slowness, hanging, freezing etc.

Do you mean March this year? If so it would only be a week or so old correct?

What do you mean exactly by it hangs? Does the computer completely freeze and need to be restarted? Are there any error messages that pop up? When you say multiple stuff, how much stuff and what applications exactly? What game/s are you experiencing lag in?

General desktop performance is usually more impacted by your storage / hard drive than by the CPU and RAM. Solid state drives have been around for a decade now and are the single biggest upgrade you can give to any PC without one, yet OEMs are still shipping a vast majority of their machines using traditional spinning disks.

Open up task manager. When it hangs, what is maxing out?

Open task manager with ctrl+Alt+Delete, then click more details and check what is maxing out. Your problem doesn't sound CPU related, more likely a memory leak or something wrong with your hard drive. I would suspect you installed something new or updated something recently that introduced a memory leak and you're running out of RAM which is why your webpages keep needing to reload. Try uninstalling anything you recently downloaded, and rolling back any updates. I had a similar problem a few months ago with a driver (either nvidia or Corsair) which was causing my whole computer to basically become unusable.

An idea would be to keep Task Manager open and when the hang occurs quickly switch back to task manager and screenshot it. You may find something is on a 100%. Does the laptop have an ssd drive or a hdd as the main drive?

Please realize that i7-7500U is basically an i3 with only 2,7GHz. It only has 2 core and 4 threads. This is why I hate intel naming that can actually trick people.
Here is more explanation to your cpu
https://ark.intel.com/products/95451/Intel-Core-i7-7500U-Processor-4M-Cache-up-to-3_50-GHz-

Then again its no excuse as to your problem. My 2nd generation netbook with N250 that only has 1 core 2 thread 1,6GHz has no problem with normal browser. Especiall last time I installed my 120Gb SSD into it, it became faster than an i5 3rd generation laptop.

Do consider changing into SSD, its rather cheap now for 500Gb one. You can get as low as $110 in united states.

holy fckkk i see that's what im thinking it's not really 7th gen you will look on that's why 6700HQ is super faster than this im poor can't afford a 110$ in my work its' 350aed

but i thought SSD is used only for transferring files not as a processor?
