Hi, i just upgraded my fx 6300 to an 8350 and was wondering how well the 8350 would handle an rx 480 gpu. The 6300 caused a bit of a bottleneck and i was a bit sad. Im running windows 10 pro on an msi 970 gaming mobo with 32 gb of 1866 ram... yes i know thats a bit overkill but i use vm often and i multi task. I will be using the fx 8350 ofc with the rx 480. 500 gb pci to sata ssd as the boot drive and 2 1tb a piece hdd not quite sure the rpm. I play games like gta, rust, skyrim, ghost recon, cod, and other open world highly graphic dependant games in 1080p rez. Comments, advice, help in general would be appreciated :)

Well the FX-8350 is certainly a capable CPU that can be OCed and should not bottleneck the rx 480.
Certainly you have an improvement with the 8core CPU for multitasking and performance.
How much you can OC the CPU will depend on your cooling system and MB. A 4.8GHz is achievable on the FX-8350 but from what I can gather the MSI Gaming MB is not the best for OCing but that's the way it is unless you upgrade your MB.
