Should i update my bios?

My motherboard is the Asrock H110M HDV should i update my bios? Will there be an improvement? My bios is already updated out of the box for the support of the 7th gen CPUs. I never updated it myself.

Edit;Wrong forum but it does not matter.

You should really only update the BIOS is there is a specific issue, and a newer BIOS addresses that issue.

If it ain't broke, don't mess with it.

I agree with USAFret, unless there's a good reason to update the BIOS (eg required for new hardware support or a new feature you must have), leave it alone.

Flashing the BIOS carries risks so it should never be done unnecessarily just because a newer version is available.

You should not update the BIOS unless your having a problem with the motherboard that the update says it addresses.
Updating the BIOS is a risk of bricking your motherboard and should not be done unless necessary.
