I've spent an hour trying to figure out how to post a photo with a previous question I asked. I spent a good part of that time on Tom's Hardware. I have Window's 8.1 and Paint And Windows Photo Gallery. and I have that photo on my desktop and saved on paint. I've researched online to find tags for my photo after reading a question that the poster asked for more detail after someone answered with tags, but the person that posted the answer didn't follow up to the next question? I seen one way on this site using my photo url, but I've tried and tried to find the url to no avail. Thank you so much!
