OK, so i have a Samsung 250GB SSD which i want to move my windows 10 OS onto from my existing HDD. My HDD has 900GB worth of things on it and I have no way of backing it all up. So my question is if I do a clean install of windows 10 onto my SSD, would i still be able to access all the files and programmes from my HDD without things getting deleted or wiped?

Sorry i this sounds stupid but i cant really find an answer to it and any help is greatly appreciated

Steam games will probably be OK.
Doc/Music/Video/Pics....those will be OK.

Any other applications and programs? They will need to be reinstalled.

You really should address this issue. You are one drive crash or virus infestation from losing it all.

So if I have to re download some games, will their save files still be intact?

Also yeah it's been in my mind to get a back up HDD for a while, really should stop putting if off
