Hey y'all!
I am a total dummy when it comes to anything computer related. I have only watched/helped a computer being built, opened mine up to clean it, but never built my own. I really don't know much, other than how to use it. I only play one online game, but would like to play more. I currently have:
ibuypower
Windows 8.1
64 bit os
intel core i-7 (4820k cpu @ 3.70ghz)
16 GB RAM
NVidia GeForce GTX 760
I have a crappy, low end monitor because I simply couldn't find one small enough. I don't want some huge, honking monstrosity because I have a 55" TV I can use if I ever get around to doing so. I like a 20" or so monitor.

I know it's enough to play WoW, but I want MORE POWER, BETTER GRAPHICS, FASTER RESPONSE! Haha! I want to be able to play more games. I do not work as I'm disabled (Lupus, RA, Fibromyalgia) so I need stuff to occupy my time.
My budget is under $2500. Help? Even if it's a premade computer, it'd be a huge help.

What res is your TV?

My first inclination is to tell you to buy a 1080Ti when more custom cards come out. From a quick search on Newegg only MSI and ASUS have released cards thus far. That will be ~$750, but will also be incredibly overkill if you're only playing at 1080p. The rest of the base of the machine looks very nice. The only other part I'd be worried about would be the PSU.

Okay, $2500 will buy a significant computer so I will give you two builds, one that uses the budget and one that I think suits your needs.

But first two things. One, what games do you want to play? Second, your current computer is not that out of date, you might be able to upgrade it and save a lot of money. Your CPU is a top tier CPU,

you have 16GB of RAM, the GTX 760 is the weakest link. You might only have to upgrade the GPU. A GTX 1070 would be a good match for this CPU and is significantly faster than the GTX 760

Will breath new life back into your rig. Your current setup just needs a few upgrades.
I do recommend upgrading to Windows 10. Use the SSD for Windows 10 and your games.
