My PC Won't read processor or RAM

I have a gaming Toshiba, and I was playing it for the night. It was running fast with the SSD. Now I go to my system, and it says that my processor or RAM is Not Available. But it was fine when I was on steam last night. And I shut it down and it still didn't work. Please help me.

Hello There. Try and get into your BIOS and update it. It may be that it isn't recognising because CPU socket inst plugged in properly which I don't know how to do on laptop. But for ram, try and reconnect them, find the ram sticks and move them around until it sits fine in the ram slots/ sockets.
