My motherboard goes to 70-78c while gaming is that ok and how long will it last before it breaks?

My fan recently broke so my motherboard heats up extremely fast do I have to worry about my motherboard breaking or my pc crashing whilst at these temperatures also how long do you guys think my motherboard will last like this. Thank you so much all answers are appreciated.

Act soon and get a fan ASAP it can save you the motherboard,cpu,psu from dead. Heat is the dangerous enemy of electronics.

i have no idea how to install a fan or take one out and no way to go buy one either
