Trying to keep price down, but... So many sexy components! Help please? :)

Good people of Tom'sHardware Forum! I once again turn to you for answers and advice because here, a first timer like myself, was recently able to get help concerning a component related issue. A most friendly and helpful dude came to my aid and provided me just the right information to save me from dreadful anxiety and hours of answer hunting. Therefore, confident that the helpful and generous people of this here Internet forum can help me, I bring you this... problem.

I am planning on purchasing components for my very first home assembled PC. The assembling part itself is an adventure I look forward to with much anticipation. To my aid, I will have another set of hands, belonging to a most trusted of companions. Together, we will embark on this adventure with confidence (and YouTube-guidevideos readily at hand)!

So, here is the problem.

I am trying to keep the price down as much as possible (even though I am already going a bit over budget) and I seem to be having some difficulties when choosing between motherboards and GPUs. I am already certain that I am going for a Z270 chipset, as well as GTX 1070, but... there's so many to choose from (and for some inexplicable reason color scheme seems to have become a most pressing issue for me *face-palm*)!

I'm considering the following (SEK = Swedish currency):

1. ASUS Prime Z270-A (1 590 SEK) + ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ROG STRIX DC3 OC (5 390 SEK)
Total cost: 6 980 SEK

2. ASUS Prime Z270-A (1 590 SEK) + ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB DUAL OC (4 990 SEK)
Total cost: 6 580 SEK

3. ASUS Strix Z270E Gaming (2 349 SEK) + MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Gaming X (4 890 SEK)

Here is a comparison between the four motherboards considered.

As you can see, there's quite many combinations to choose from here, the three cheapest being number 4, 2 and 7 and most expensive being number 3, 5 and 6.
I'm leaning towards a black and white color scheme since I think neutral colors will benefit most from LEDs, but a black and red theme is fine too.

This is as far as I'm able to get on my own. At this point I'm just staring at the different combinations, not knowing what the heck I should choose. Both ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ROG STRIX DC3 OC and the MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Gaming X have gotten good reviews, and I've heard that both ASUS and Gigabyte makes good motherboards. From the comparison I get the impression that ASUS makes the most versatile motherboards of the two manufacturers, but I really don't know enough to make any kind of judgement here.

So, good people of Tom'sHardware Forum... Is there anyone here willing to chime in and offer some advice?
