Can't connect to the Internet

Hello I have a problem in that I am connected to the internet but have no internet access. I brought it along with me on a trip, and I may have fiddled with some things that might have caused this. I have a windows 7 labtop and I have looked through multiple solutions for this problem but none seem to work for me. I was wondering if anyone could solve this issue. Thanks

I troubleshooted the WiFi and it says there may be a problem with the wireless adapter or access point. I was looking around a bit and it seems I can't turn network discovery on? My current profile is public but i cant chsnge it to home. My network name keeps saying identifying and my dns client/dhcp client service won't start. I get the error 5 access is denied. Would one of these be the problem?

Install Driver Booster 4 or any driver updater and let it find all your outdated network drivers and other drivers install them all and your WiFi will be fixed, If you format your laptop it will always have no WiFi drivers. Some of your drivers need repair or updates. Good luck
