Hi, I recently got a new video card (MSI GTX 980 4 GB) and my current PSU just isn't cutting it anymore its an EVGA 500w white gpu. My pc will turn off while I'm gaming around mid game if not sooner, my guess is either when the factory OC or Boost clock kicks in my PSU can't handle it and it restarts. I'm thinking of getting a PSU at frys electronics here are my current choices; Corsair CX750 750 Watt 80 PLUS Bronze, Thermaltake TR2 700W, Corsair CX Series™ CX750M - 750 Watt 80 PLUS® Bronze. Personally my brother had issues with Corsair, The CX750 had an ass load of coil whine so he returned it and got the CX750m which has significantly less coil whine. I've personally never used Thermaltake thats why I need your help and advice on which GPU will give power up my PC best and provide least or no coil whine.

SPECS:
i7 3770 @ 3.4Ghz-3.9Ghz boost
8gb ddr3 RAM
P8H61-M PRO mobo
GTX 980 4Gb 1216MHz Core (Boost Clock:1317MHz) (OC Mode) 1190MHz Core (Boost Clock:1291MHz) (Gaming Mode) 1140MHz Core (Boost Clock:1241MHz) (Silent Mode)
Arctic Freezer i11 Compact Performance CPU Cooler
Corsair K70 vengance Keyboard LED
Moinix Castor Mouse LED
Logitech Speakers

Read this for tips on choosing a solid and reliable unit: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Corsair is a good brand but CX isn't their best. You will pay for what you get. If you want a good quality reliable power supply it's best to get one that is above average in price.
If you feel the need for a 750W then I recommend an EVGA Supernova G2 or P2. I replaced my Corsair HX750W with a P2.

If you do decide to purchase a CX or CXM just remember that CX is not modular so all the cables that you don't need will still be attached, cluttering the inside of your computer.

I want to know which of the 3 on my list are the best, I plan on getting a 1000 evga gold in the future because I will leave my PC on as a server, get water cooled CPU/GPU all that good stuff, but for now I want something more budget friendly like the 3 on my list.

Get an EVGA 650W G2 on Amazon? If not CX750m.

If the Corsair CX models bear the name "Builder Series" anywhere on them, they have a three year warranty and should be avoided due to failure rates. Are you locked into Frys? If not there are some other GOOD units to consider:

Here is a list of potentials:

https://pcpartpicker.com/products/power-supply/#p=1,2&W=650,750&e=6,5,4&F=0&X=0,10000&m=11,14,71,63,441,39&sort=d7&page=1

Avoid the EVGA NEX and GQ units as they aren't all that great. Their G3, G2, and GS units are the best they offer... and Seasonic has a good reputation of good and solid units.

EDIT: Thermaltake TR2 series PSUs are time-bombs. WHEN they fail, it will cost you more than just a new PSU.
