ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Dual-Fan OC Edition Graphics Card (DUAL-GTX1060-O3G)

Use HDMI or DVI cable FROM the GRAPHICS card OUTPUT to connect to the monitor.

Monitor should have come with a DVI cable it should have white endings much wider then the blue one.
On the graphics card its the one sticking out.

Try pressing inputs on the monitor to switch it to dvi.
use only 1 cable not multiple.
ALso is power connected to graphics card at the top to the PSU ?
every time you try make sure to power off the system and back on.

Ok you seem a bit confused and confusing me lets make this more simple physically take out the graphics card from the computer and then try this from the motherboard to the monitor and see if it works also yes PSU SHOULD be connected with wide power cable to the motherboard and an 8PIN connector at the top of the motherboard.

NOTE: When taking out video card make sure to press the latch down behind the PCI-E slot or the video card wont come out.

Still not working sadly i tryed VGA, DVI and HDMI without the graphics card still no single (btw i have a 4pin connected to a 8pin connector for the cpu)

Does it say in motherboard documentation that 4pin will work ? most likely its not liking it.
YOUr PSU SHOULD have an 8PIN connector for the Motherboard use that 1 ( it could be 4+4 one so just plug both in together)
