I know a good amount about computers and I wanted to get some ram but one thing that has been bugging me for a while just out of curiosity. Some companies like Samsung make their ram in Philippines and Korea they are the same model and, frequency, voltage and even look exactly the same. Does different country of manufacture matter on the chip at all?

It doesn't matter if you just buying a set, but if you trying to buy a set, and then later down the road, go to add more, than yes, you don't want to mix ram from different batches.

Yeah I figured doesn't really matter was getting 2 SO-DIMM DDR4 ram wasn't planning on mixing thanks was just curious wanted to make sure.
