What fan should i get to replace the Corsair 115i fans to get better performance?

I was thinking of getting

But I was curious if theres any other fans out there that will offer more performance even if its a bit more expensive
I need a 4 pin fan thats 140m

EK's Vardar fans are also worth considering. Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-3000 PWM. BGears B-Blaster 140mm x 25mm 1800RPM High Speed Fan isn't a bad choice, also not very expensive. There's also Noiseblocker NB-eLoop B14-3 140mm Bionic Loop Fan, which is thicker than 25mm.
