Hello, I have these 3 alternatives to choose from:
SAMSUNG S24F350FHW: http://www.samsung.com/in/business/business-products/monitor/led-monitor/LS24F350FHWXXL

Dell SE2416H: http://www1.la.dell.com/vc/en/corp/peripherals/dell-se2416h-monitor/pd.aspx?refid=dell-se2416h-monitor&s=corp

Asus VZ249H: https://www.asus.com/Monitors/VZ249H/specifications/

I am favoring the Samsung one as it has Freesync(small range 48-72 Hz, but better than nothing. I'm an AMD card user and play games).

What do you guys think?

Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

P.S. Please don't refer to any other monitors as these are the only ones available in where I live within my budget/size. If I find any new ones, I'll add.

All prices are roughly same. Equivalent to roughly 200USD. (yes, monitors are costlier where I live. I know I would get a bigger size/better resolution monitor if bought from US amazon or newegg which isn't possible)

the reason i asked about the price .. is so that people can then tell you which is the best for the price . i understand you are limited in your choices.

What retailer are you using?

because you will have the option and a reason to upgrade your gpu at some point in the future.. it makes sense to go with the freesync monitor . if the others were of a higher refresh rate i could argue a case for them but personally i feel it makes more sense to choose the monitor that gives you the most for your money .
